The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students (K-12). Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), High School (9-12), and the Early Education Center which serves an additional 350 students. Becker&#8217;s mission is to develop self-directed learners to thrive in a changing global community. Overview: Becker Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to serve as a Technology Integrationist. This Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) supports the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning. This role provides coaching, modeling, and job-embedded professional development to educators, helping them implement digital core curriculum,tools, and applications that enhance instruction, personalize learning, and increase student engagement. Working collaboratively with teachers and administrators, the Integrationist ensures that technology use aligns with curriculum standards and district instructional priorities. Key Roles and Responsibilities: * Collaborate with classroom teachers to design, implement, and reflect on lessons that integrate technology to enhance student learning. * Provide individual and team-based instructional coaching on the use of educational technology tools, platforms, and digital core curriculum. * Support teachers in leveraging digital applications to differentiate instruction, promote creativity, and encourage student agency. * Model effective instructional strategies and co-teach lessons to demonstrate best practices in technology-enhanced learning. * Assist in the evaluation and curation of digital resources that align with state standards and district core curriculum. * Facilitate and/or lead professional development sessions for teachers and staff on digital tools, applications, and blended learning strategies. * Serve as a liaison between instructional staff and the technology department to ensure tools are effectively implemented and supported. * Work in collaboration with building and district leaders to support school improvement goals and instructional initiatives. * Provide onboarding and support for new staff in the use of district technology tools and systems. * Support the development and growth of student digital citizenship skills. * Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging trends in educational technology and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
