The Atwater, Cosmos, Grove City (ACGC) School District is seeking a 1.0 FTE licensed preschool teacher for the 2025/2026 school year at our Elementary School in Atwater, MN.
ACGC is a rural district that has an outstanding reputation for innovation, creativity, and an amazing staff. The ACGC community is supportive of its schools which currently operate on a 4-day school week. The district has two campuses which have just completed remodel of facilities.
Work Days: 154.5 (146 School Days + 8.5 Teacher Days)
Salary Range: $46,344-$90,939 depending on experience and applicable graduate credits
Benefits:
* $7250 towards District's Group Health and Hospitalization Insurance Plan
* District paid premiums towards District's Long Term Disability Insurance Group Plan
* District paid premiums towards District's Group Plan for $15,000 Term Life Insurance Policy (Employee's may purchase and additional $10,000 at own expense)
* 80 Hours of Paid Time Off with additional 40 hours of Sick Time per year
* District 403b Match of $1800-$4800 depending on years of service to the District after completing probationary period.
