Position Overview The Mentor for an Upper Elementary Guide in training will be responsible for working with the guide in training to create and maintain an authentic Montessori learning environment and offer lessons and guidance to support the developmental needs of children according to Montessori training. The Mentor will be primarily responsible for giving the lessons and working with the guide in training to support the students with their follow on work. The Mentor will also support the guide in training with communication with families regarding their child&#8217;s holistic growth and development, with regular connections throughout the year and the two conferences annually.
