The School Based Social Worker will work closely with the school students services manager to develop a process for mental health referrals that is accessible and inclusive to all students and staff to identify and provide direct school based services to support their mental health needs. The School Based Social Worker will work closely with the school student services manager to develop a process for mental health referrals that is accessible and inclusive to all students and staff to identify and provide direct school based services to support their mental health needs.
