The floating substitute teacher provides instruction, encourages student progress and manages the learning environment. This assignment is for student contact days only, unless asked to participate in professional development days. The position will end on June 4, 2026. Requirements: * Must have valid MN teaching license * Willingness to be flexible and step into any teacher or para professional role that is needed to be filled on a daily basis Desired Qualifications: * Previous teaching experience * Enthusiasm and ability to motivate and encourage others * Ability to work and communicate well with others - staff, parents, children, etc. Compensation: $191.30 per day Questions?
