Job Title: 0.2 FTE K&#8211;12 English Language Learner (ELL) Teacher Location: Maple Lake Public Schools, Maple Lake, MN Job Type: Part-Time (0.2 FTE) Start Date: 8/25/2025 (2025-2026 School Year) Position Summary: Maple Lake Public School is seeking a passionate and qualified educator to serve as a 0.2 FTE English Language Learner (ELL) teacher for K&#8211;12 students. The ELL teacher will support multilingual learners across grade levels, helping them acquire academic English language proficiency while accessing grade-level content. Key Responsibilities: * Provide direct English language instruction to K&#8211;12 students at various proficiency levels. * Collaborate with classroom teachers to support sheltered instruction and differentiated strategies. * Assess students&#8217; English proficiency and language development progress using district tools. * Develop and maintain Individualized Language Plans (ILPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines. * Communicate regularly with families, school staff, and administrators regarding student progress. * Maintain compliance with state and federal ELL program requirements and documentation.
