Torah Academy is Hiring: 3rd Grade General Studies Teacher
Location: St. Louis Park, MN | Start Date: August 2025
Torah Academy, a thriving Orthodox Jewish K-8 day school, is seeking a passionate and dedicated 3rd Grade General Studies Teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position includes teaching boys for half the day and girls for the other half, with a strong focus on literacy, math, science, and social studies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in core subjects
* Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs
* Foster a warm, structured, and respectful classroom environment
* Collaborate with Judaic Studies staff and fellow general studies teachers
* Integrate executive functioning strategies and character development (Leader in Me framework)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (required)
* Minnesota teaching license or eligibility (preferred)
* Experience with elementary-aged students
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
