Qualifications: Hold current licensure as a Superintendent in Minnesota. Experience as a Superintendent preferred. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and delegate as needed.
Communities Served: Kenyon and Wanamingo are 11 miles apart with convenient access to Rochester and the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The District serves a large rural area encompassing 221 square miles and 6,000 residents.
Student Population: K-12 = 634
District School: The Kenyon-Wanamingo Schools will be one site starting in 2025-2026. This site will be in Kenyon and will serve grades Pre-K- Grade 12.

Compensation Package Offered: Total compensation will not exceed $90,000 per year. The work hours are flexible. Each week will be customized to meet priority goals.
