Physical Education (PE) Teacher - United South Central Schools United South Central Schools is looking for a 1.0 FTE Elementary Phy Ed teacher to join our student-centered staff at USC Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year. The USC district serves 730 students in South Central Minnesota. Our K-12 building provides an intimate and student-focused approach to educating each of our students. The staff at USC works collaboratively to provide the best educational experience every day, and we are looking for an individual who can help create a cohesive overall educational experience for our student body. Qualifications: * Minnesota Teaching License, with DAPE licensure preferred * Verbal and written communication, management, organizational, and student supervision skills * Effectively use current technology tools to enhance personal productivity * Previous experience working with students is preferred, but not required for applicants * Ability to design and implement physical education units aligned with Minnesota state standards that build foundational movement skills, promote lifelong fitness, and prepare students for participation in recreational and competitive athletics * Commitment to creating inclusive, developmentally appropriate activities that foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and social-emotional growth in all students United South Central proposes to assist teachers with their professional growth and development as educators.
