This position will support RPS students and families, primarily in grades 9-12 by helping facilitate activities and access to the resources that support career and college planning. The paraprofessional provides support with college searches, applications, financial aid and scholarship information, Dream Act eligibility, apprenticeships, and other alternative pathways. This role plays an important part in helping students navigate the transition from high school to life after graduation through ongoing encouragement, guidance, and access to relevant information.
