Principal, High School, 1.0 FTE -- Crosby-Ironton School District

Crosby-Ironton School District has an opening for a 7-12 High School Principal starting August 1, 2025. The position is 1.0 F.T.E. with an annual 222 day contract over the course of 12 months. RESPONSIBILITIES: The High School Principal shall be the executive head and educational leader of the secondary school building serving students in grades 7 &#8211; 12, and, therefore, shall be responsible for administering and supervising the operation and work of the high school in all phases. Activities and problems relating to staff, students, parents, educational programs, supplies and equipment, etc. which affect the high school shall be the principal&#8217;s sphere of activity. S/he shall give assistance to teachers and all other personnel relating to any phase of professional and school work. In general, the high school principal shall be concerned with the improvement of instruction. JOB GOAL: To use leadership, supervisory, administrative and professional skills to manage the high school so as to promote the educational development of each student and in line with the School District&#8217;s mission &#8211; Learning Through Relationships. REQUIREMENTS: Must hold a valid K-12 Principal Licensure through the State of MN.
