This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of our basketball program. Key Responsibilities: * Create a climate that integrates sportsmanship and competitive athletics * Develop positive sportsmanship, attitudes, and skills in the team * Develop positive motivation in the team * Provide a climate to facilitate participant character growth * Assume responsibility for schedule development or schedule verification with the Activities Director * Conduct orientation programs for parents, athletes, and coaches * Communicate effectively with student-athletes and parents * Develop positive team dynamic and interactions Qualifications: * Strong basketball knowledge and understanding of the game * Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.
