Position Title: Little Stangs Learning Center Lead Infant Teacher Educator
Reports To: Little Stangs Learning Center Director
Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the Infants daily in the Learning Center.
* Follow the daily schedule, weekly plan in the classroom and provide exceptional classroom management to the room in order to nurture and stimulate children's domains and development.
* Make sure the supervision and requirements are met by state standards from Department of Human services
* Be able to communicate effectively with the director, staff, parents and others within the organization.
Qualifications:
* Must be Teacher qualified under MN DHS Rule 3 regulations, or working towards it.
* Ability to pass background check
* Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit on the floor for extended periods of time.
