In this role, you will:
* Support the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging classroom environment
* Help implement daily routines, activities, and lessons
* Supervise and interact with children during learning and play
* Encourage spiritual, social, and academic growth through positive guidance
* Collaborate with staff and communicate with families in a respectful, friendly way
