About Nicollet School District: The Nicollet District serves approximately 350 students with 50 certified and non-certified staff. The K-8 enrollment is 220. The school district offers a wide array of general education and special education services, and extra-curricular opportunities.
Job Summary:
The Elementary School Principal in collaboration with the Superintendent provides professional leadership in organizing, administering, supervising, and evaluating the elementary school program. The Elementary School Principal works closely with the staff, while planning, implementing, and reviewing curriculum. Responsible for building administration and the safety and welfare of both students and staff. The Elementary School principal is responsible for the detailed organization, administration of the building and general supervision of all activities and personnel. He/she is responsible for operating the schools in accordance with School District Policies and for providing an educational program that is responsive to the needs of the students. Supervises and evaluates employees in the elementary school.
Supervisor: Responsible to the Superintendent.
Preferred Qualifications: Minnesota Principal Licensure
Benefits: Salary package is negotiable.
