KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES * Collaborate effectively as a team member while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. * Adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and handle interruptions with ease. * Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, sound judgment, and initiative in decision-making. * Exhibit excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and populations. * Proficient in using various computer programs, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Eleyo, ServTracker * Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS * Responsibilities are executed professionally with efficiency, accuracy, and courtesy, upholding and enhancing the reputation of Roseville Community Education and its programs. * Work assignments are proactively anticipated, and initiative is demonstrated to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time. * Communication with students, staff, and community members is conducted diplomatically and respectfully, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Compensation: Starting salary for this position is $19.68/hour. As of July 1, 2025, the hourly rate will increase to $20.47/hour. Hours: 6 hours/per day, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-2pm.
