Coordinate and oversee student job placements in the community that align with their career interests. Maintain regular communication with employers to ensure training stations meet educational and safety standards. Monitor and evaluate students&#8217; job performance and growth. Work in tandem with Career Seminar 1 and 2 teachers to ensure curriculum integration. Conduct regular site visits to assess student progress and provide support. Guide students in developing workplace readiness skills including professionalism, responsibility, and communication. Maintain accurate records of student hours, evaluations, and placements. Ensure all placements meet district and state guidelines for work-based learning.
