Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to handle children's behavior problems in a constructive way * Ability to work cooperatively with an education team * Successful experience in working with elementary children * Experience as an Instructional Assistant or Paraprofessional Expectations: An understanding that there is a commitment to the whole summer academy session barring unforeseen circumstances.
