Position Summary Lead Preschool Teacher Job Responsibilities Teaching duties including lesson planning, instruction, parent communications, curriculum planning, team meetings, staff meetings, general school duties. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education preferred (Minnesota Birth-Grade 3 or Early Childhood) certification • Follower of Jesus Christ, committed to modeling and teaching from a Biblical worldview to young children • Creative, nurturing, warm/caring with young children and families.
