Position works 20+ hours per week. The MSHSL season will start in November of 2025. Job Summary: The Head Coach position is responsible for all teaching and instruction provided to our Boys Swim & Dive program including, but not limited to: practice, preparation, coordination and organization of all aspects of the High School Boys Swim & Dive program.. Each of these functions entails decision-making that requires discretion and a significant degree of independent judgment. The coach must develop and maintain a competitive schedule that will allow the team to prepare and compete at the high school level. The position requires significant communication with players, parents and the Activities Office. The Coach will also be responsible for working with the Athletic Department to hire staff for all levels and must comply with all MSHSL rules and regulations.
