Summary of Duties: &#8194;&#8194; Mankato Area Public Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Work Based Learning Instructor to join our high school team. The Work Based Learning Instructor will be responsible for creating and implementing effective work-based learning programs that provide students with practical experiences and skills necessary for successful employment in their chosen career fields. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement work-based learning programs that align with the school&#8217;s career pathways and prepare students for employment in their chosen fields. * Coordinate with local businesses and industry partners to create and facilitate meaningful work-based learning experiences for students. * Provide instruction and guidance to students on workplace behavior, communication skills, and other soft skills necessary for success in the workplace. * Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to integrate work-based learning into the academic curriculum. * Evaluate student performance in work-based learning experiences and provide feedback for improvement. * Ensure that all work-based learning programs comply with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Preferred: A valid MN license in Teacher/Coordinator Work Based Learning, CTE, or eligible for an Out of Field Placement. Salary Range: $49,591 - $88,577 (based on the MTA salary schedule).
