Champion Every Learner. Empower Every Voice.
At Northeast College Prep, we believe that all students—including those with disabilities—deserve a learning environment where their strengths are seen, their needs are supported, and their potential is fully realized.
We're looking for a Special Education Teacher who brings skill, heart, and determination to their work every day. In this K–8 role, you'll support a caseload of about 5–10 students, with a strong team at your side: a full-time Special Education Coordinator, behavior support staff, and colleagues who believe in shared success.
You'll teach, plan, assess, write IEPs, collaborate with general education teachers, and—most importantly—build the kind of relationships that help students grow both academically and emotionally.
If you believe that disability is not a limitation on potential and you're ready to bring both structure and joy to your work, this role is for you.

* Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet each student's unique goals.
* Serve as a case manager for 5–10 students, leading communication with families and the IEP team.

* Step into classroom support or substitute for other SPED staff when needed.
