Position Description: The Music Teacher will serve as a student-centered educator who is passionate about serving the "whole child". The teacher will establish collaborative & impactful relationships with colleagues, families, and students. The teacher will also understand and model best instructional practices, serve as a member of a Professional Learning Community, and ensure high levels of student learning aligned to state standards and district curriculum. Qualifications: -Valid MN K-12 Music Teaching license -Student-Centered -Commitment and belief around ensuring all students learn at high levels. -Demonstrated use of research-based instructional and engagement strategies to meet the continuum of individual learning needs while using data and assessments to guide instructional decisions.
