Wadena-Deer Creek Schools have an opening for a full time elementary teacher to begin in August 2025. WDC Elementary has a recently renovated campus that serves approximately 420 K-4 students in class sizes that average less than 24 students. We have a strong team approach to teaching and learning and putting the student's needs first. Successful candidates would get extensive training/coaching on The Catalyst Approach (formerly ENVoY). The Catalyst Approach is the foundation of our school wide behavior plan and our approach to making healthy connections with kids.
