Weekend Custodian, Evening Shift Chanhassen High School For specific information please contact: Steve Malecka at MaleckaS@District112.org Position Start Date: ASAP Days/Hours: Year Round; 8.0 hrs/day; Wednesday - Friday = 2:45pm - 11:15pm & Saturday - Sunday = 2:00pm - 10:30pm Salary: $24.06/hr + $0.40/hr shift differential $500 Hiring Bonus: $250 after probationary period (120 days); $250 after one year $250 Referral Bonus Responsible To: Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, Custodial Supervisor/Head Engineer/Night Lead/Building Principal Position Purpose: Maintain building in a state of cleanliness and order Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks: See attachment. Qualifications/Physical Requirements: * Lift 70 lbs waist height occasionally * Lift 50 lbs to chest high regularly * Extended walking * Ability to work with cleaning chemicals * Must be in good general health * Previous experience in cleaning and building maintenance * Ability to obtain 2nd Class Boilers License Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: This position is posted as a full-time (40 hrs/week), twelve (12) month position. In addition, the pay includes an additional compensation for each level of boilers license when licenses are obtained. Eligibile for benefits as negotiated with Union Local 70 and District 112 plus enrollment in Minnesota's largest retirement pension! This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
