Business Teacher 1.0 FTE
Spring Lake Park High School
Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year
Roles and Responsibilities: The successful teacher will be committed to the equitable education of all students. He or she will have a strong background in instruction and assessment practices, and will focus on ensuring the learning and achievement of each student. This teacher must also work to establish career pathways articulated with the higher education system. He or she will also work to develop curriculum, and establish and maintain a safe and professional teaching and learning environment. The successful teacher will also regularly collaborate with peers in leadership and learning communities within the school and district. This teacher will teach a variety of business courses.
Preferences: Candidates will possess a strong business and technological background. He or she will have experience in teaching business and marketing. Candidates would hold Business Education licensure.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in teaching in the area of business education. He or she will hold a Minnesota teaching license in the area(s) of Business Education.
