Cologne Academy seeks full-time (1.0 FTE) teachers in 1st and 3rd grades.
Description
Cologne Academy (PreKindergarten-8th Grade Public School) – Cologne, MN is located in Carver County and currently enrolls approximately 750 students between our onsite and virtual academy.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Analyze student reading and math assessment results
? Create differentiated lesson plans with independent student work that reflects student need
? Monitor and supervise all classroom and outdoor activities to assure a safe, healthy and inclusive environment for all children
? Collaborate daily with grade level teams
? Build strong relationships with students and families
? Hold high expectations for students, staff, and families
? Participate actively in regular meetings and professional development
? Lead large and small group activities
? Implement grade level curriculum plans utilizing designated resources
? Maintains regular and punctual work attendance
? Additional duties as assigned
Education, Certifications, and Work Related Experience:
? Bachelor's Degree or higher
? Current MN teaching license in the area of employment
? Teaching experience valued
