Auditorium Manager

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the maintenance and use of auditorium and theater equipment at Big Lake Schools. Training can be provided.
Essential Functions:
* Oversee the operation of sound, lighting, computer, audio, and safe riggins at the Big Lake High School Auditorium
* Recruits, trains, and supervises student technicians of performing arts equipment. Assists with scheduling evening/weekend events as needed.
* Relate any facility, equipment, or use concerns to the Director of Community Education and Communication Services.
* Attend and participate in training to stay current with auditorium equipment.
* Present at all daytime events (workshops, trainings, etc).
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3-6 months of related previous experience. Training is provided in operating performing arts equipment.
Position: Part Time, casual work. Occasional evenings and weekends.
Pay: Annual Stipend starting at $3,307. Additional hours available for additional pay per applicable agreement(s).
