Provide instruction in content area in accordance with each student's ability, create a classroom environment that fosters student learning and personal growth, establish effective working relationships with students and parents, work collaboratively with other staff members. Education/Training/Experience: * Valid MN teaching licensure in Special Education EBD, SLD, ASD or ABS or willingness and ability to obtain a valid MN teaching license or OFP in Special Education EBD, SLD, ASD or ABS * NVCI (CPI) training preferred * Experience working with a variety of disabilities and the ability to deliver specialized instruction to meet the individual needs of these students.
