The ideal candidate will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promote academic excellence, and support the social-emotional well-being of all students. Key Responsibilities: * Provide instructional leadership and ensure high standards of student achievement * Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff of entire K-12 staff * Handle discipline for 7-12 students collaborating with Dean of Students * Oversee curriculum development and implementation * Maintain a safe and orderly school environment * Foster strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community * Manage school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, & compliance with state/federal regulations * Lead school improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making * Working with Activities Director and Superintendent on night time supervision Qualifications: * Advanced degree in Educational Leadership or related field * Valid Minnesota Principal Certification (or eligibility to obtain) * Minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience preferred * Prior administrative or leadership experience preferred * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills * Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education Application Requirements: Applicants must submit the following: * Letter of interest * Current resume * Copy of valid certification(s) * Three current letters of recommendation * Transcripts (official or unofficial) Selection Procedure: Applications will be reviewed until the position is filled.
