We offer a unique opportunity to combine structured, standards-aligned instruction with Montessori-inspired, student-centered practices that support diverse learning needs. Who We Are At NDMA, we combine the best of traditional education—state standards, benchmark assessments, and structured supports—with the Montessori philosophy of self-paced, hands-on learning in a multi-age setting. Our classrooms nurture independence, creativity, and academic growth while fostering a strong sense of community. We support a diverse range of learners through a collaborative model that includes families, educators, specialists, and paraprofessionals—all working together to help every student thrive. Qualifications • Minnesota Special Education license (or actively pursuing licensure). • Understanding of due process procedures and IEP development. • Ability to differentiate instruction and work collaboratively with classroom teams. • Montessori familiarity helpful but not required.
