This full-time position involves co-teaching in a multi-age PreK-Kindergarten classroom, where students are supported through both evidence-based instruction and Montessori-inspired practices. Who We Are At NDMA, we combine the best of traditional education&#8212;state standards, benchmark assessments, and structured supports&#8212;with the Montessori philosophy of self-paced, hands-on learning in a multi-age setting. Qualifications &#8226; Valid Minnesota ECSE teaching license (or in progress). &#8226; Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices. &#8226; Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills &#8226; Montessori familiarity helpful but not required.
