This flexible, as-needed role provides care and promotes wellness for students in a PreK–8 environment. Who We Are At NDMA, we combine the best of traditional education—state standards, benchmark assessments, and structured supports—with the Montessori philosophy of self-paced, hands-on learning in a multi-age setting. Our classrooms nurture independence, creativity, and academic growth while fostering a strong sense of community. We support a diverse range of learners through a collaborative model that includes families, educators, specialists, and paraprofessionals—all working together to help every student thrive. Qualifications • Current and unrestricted Minnesota nursing license (LPN or RN). • CPR certification. • Experience in pediatrics or school health preferred. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
