At NDMA, we balance traditional curriculum expectations with Montessori approaches that encourage independence, critical thinking, and responsibility. Who We Are At NDMA, we combine the best of traditional education—state standards, benchmark assessments, and structured supports—with the Montessori philosophy of self-paced, hands-on learning in a multi-age setting. Our classrooms nurture independence, creativity, and academic growth while fostering a strong sense of community. We support a diverse range of learners through a collaborative model that includes families, educators, specialists, and paraprofessionals—all working together to help every student thrive. Qualifications • Valid Minnesota Teaching License for grades 7–8 or applicable subject area. • Ability to create engaging, differentiated lessons for diverse learners. • Commitment to collaborative teaching and continuous improvement. • Appreciation for developmental needs of middle school students.
