This role offers the best of both worlds: standards-based teaching combined with Montessori principles that honor each child’s unique pace and potential. Who We Are At NDMA, we combine the best of traditional education—state standards, benchmark assessments, and structured supports—with the Montessori philosophy of self-paced, hands-on learning in a multi-age setting. Our classrooms nurture independence, creativity, and academic growth while fostering a strong sense of community. We support a diverse range of learners through a collaborative model that includes families, educators, specialists, and paraprofessionals—all working together to help every student thrive. Qualifications • Valid Minnesota Elementary Teaching License. • Experience working with young learners in inclusive settings. • Strong classroom management and collaboration skills. • Montessori familiarity helpful but not required.
