MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The PBIS Lead Coordinator provides overall leadership and coordination for the Southern Regional Implementation Project (SRIP), to carry out the requirements and meet the outcomes of the PBIS Grant project, in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Education. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in field related to Positive Behavior Implementation Strategies (education, psychology, behavior, etc.). Must possess the following and/or willing to obtain the following trainings &#8211; two year PBIS training, assessment training related to PBIS framework, and be familiar with grant writing and budget management. Valid MN driver&#8217;s license required. CONTRACT/SALARY: 185 days for 2025-2026 school year; position begins August 6th, 2025. Beginning salary between $65,599-$93,429 dependent upon education, qualifications, and experience.
