Torah Academy is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-centered 5th Grade General Studies Teacher to join our dynamic team for the 2025–26 school year. This full-time position involves teaching core subjects including language arts, math, science, and social studies in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:
*
Teach a self-contained 5th grade classroom with a strong focus on differentiated instruction
*
Use formative and summative assessments, including FastBridge, to guide instruction and track student growth
*
Create a positive and structured classroom culture rooted in high expectations, mutual respect, and student engagement
*
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and staff
What We’re Looking For:
*
A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (required); MN teaching license preferred
*
Experience teaching upper elementary grades, ideally in a self-contained or departmentalized setting
*
Strong classroom management skills and a proactive, reflective mindset
*
A team player who is flexible, creative, and growth-oriented
*
Respect and appreciation for the values and culture of a Jewish day school
