Job Summary: Under the direction of the Building Principal, the Social Worker is responsible for providing social work to students at risk for school failure or demonstrating social/emotional/behavioral problems within the school setting; providing direct and indirect services in support of special education and assisting in developing and implementing interventions in support of IEP&#8217;s; and serves as a liaison between home, school and community providers to assist students and families access their needs; provides crisis intervention services, as needed.
