These are full-time, year-round positions that plays a key role in supporting and enhancing extended learning opportunities for students outside of regular school hours. The starting hourly wage is $21.63 per hour. Benefits include insurance, vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays. Preferred Qualifications: * Background in education or related field * Strong organizational and communication skills * Experience in program coordination or youth development (preferred) Primary Responsibilities: * Manage before and after school programming across various district sites * Compile, maintain, and report daily data from program operations * Respond to and support the unique needs of the site * Participate in ongoing program evaluation and improvement initiatives * Oversee staff scheduling, assignments, and professional development * Lead student recruitment and engagement efforts * Coordinate daily logistics and ensure efficient site operations * Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with school staff, students and families * Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders to support program success Please attach a cover letter and resume to the online application.
