Help Students Find Their Voice — Teach Language Arts in a Faith-Filled Community St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in Buffalo, MN is seeking a full-time Middle School Language Arts Teacher to inspire students in grades 5–8 through reading, writing, and thoughtful communication. As a member of our collaborative faculty, you’ll play a vital role in guiding students to think critically, write clearly, and speak with confidence, all while forming their hearts in faith. What You’ll Do: * Teach middle school English Language Arts, integrating reading, writing, grammar, and literature * Encourage a love of reading and strong communication skills in students * Collaborate with fellow teachers to support cross-curricular learning and student growth * Foster a classroom environment rooted in Catholic values, respect, and creativity What We’re Looking For: * A valid Minnesota teaching license with ELA certification (or ability to obtain one) * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * A practicing Catholic excited to participate in the school’s spiritual life * A passion for Language Arts and helping students grow as thinkers and writers * Experience preferred, but we welcome applications from new teachers with a strong sense of mission Compensation: * Starting salary range: $35,000–$40,000, depending on experience ________________________________ Ready to help students discover the power of words and faith?
