This full-time position will serve students in grades 5&#8211;12 with a range of communication needs. Position Overview:
Rockford Area Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our special education team for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time position will serve students in grades 5–12 with a range of communication needs. The ideal candidate will be student-focused, collaborative, and committed to fostering growth in communication, academic, and social-emotional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Valid Minnesota SLP license or eligible for licensure

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to working with students with disabilities

  • Experience in school-based settings and familiarity with IEP processes preferred
