Position Purpose This 15-month, grant-funded position supports the preparation of necessary data for Minnesota Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MnMTSS) team meetings, provides guidance to teams on best practices in analyzing and interpreting data, and assists the district leadership team in developing staff capacity in data literacy and assessment literacy. This position will facilitate the development of a sustainable data infrastructure, which will support the ongoing MTSS priorities of the school district. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Collect and process data to build timelines, integrations, and systems that support MnMTSS implementation. * Train BCCS MnMTSS teams to sustain these processes beyond the grant period. * Embed data-based decision-making into all collaborative linked teams by developing, implementing, and training staff on structured internal data dialogue protocols and decision-making frameworks. * Support the creation and administration of staff and leadership surveys to evaluate awareness, perception of implementation, and areas for improvement related to MnMTSS practices. * Prepare and organize data for use by the district and school MnMTSS leadership teams. This includes, but is not limited to, social-emotional learning (SEL) and mental health screener data, demographic data, climate data, behavior data, academic proficiency, and growth data. * Provide data support for MnMTSS team meetings, including preparing relevant datasets and offering guidance on best practices for data analysis and interpretation. Assist district leadership in strengthening staff skills in data literacy and assessment literacy. * Attends required meetings regularly. * Other duties as apparent or assigned as they pertain to the support of BCCS MnMTSS priorities. Position Purpose
