Description: Modern Montessori Charter School is seeking a Non-Licensed Substitute Educator to assist with the school&#8217;s educational program. Candidates will offer direct support to lead teaching staff in assigned classroom(s) while providing a nurturing, stimulating environment that facilitates children&#8217;s growth, exploration and participation. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, organized, optimistic, problem solvers, adaptable, and communicate positively and effectively. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Ability and passion to work with students including those with disabilities * Work effectively with an interdisciplinary team, while having the ability to work independently; and * Work with school staff to provide support to students, in collaboration with teachers.
