The Sauk Rapids-Rice Public School District No. 47 is seeking experienced and innovative master teacher to provide excellent leadership and support to staff and students as well as provide instruction for School Readiness (Pre-School) classes at Hillside Early Childhood. Located in Sauk Rapids, MN, minutes north of downtown St. Cloud and approximately an hour northwest of the Twin Cities, Hillside Early Childhood is a focal point in the growing Sauk Rapids area of Central Minnesota.

Primary Coaching Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support Early Childhood staff
- Support new teachers through individual instructional coaching cycles

- Provide intervention training and support for teachers

- Share responsibility for planning professional development opportunities
- Create a positive climate to establish a thriving learning culture
- Work closely with administration to monitor and support educators with best practice instructional strategies

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject area
- Successful experience as a teacher
- Reading endorsement preferred
- Experience using technology to augment student learning
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with implementing Early Childhood Education Common Core Standards
