Zumbrota-Mazeppa Schools is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Paraprofessional.
Position Summary:
This position includes a variety of duties such as:
* Supporting students in the classroom
* Supervising during recess and lunch
* Working with small groups and individual students
* Assisting with daily routines and behavior support as needed
Qualifications:
* Must be Highly Qualified (2 years or post-secondary, an associate’s degree, or have passed the ParaPro exam)
* Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a school setting preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to support students with varying academic and behavioral needs
