Saint Francis Elementary School is seeking a passionate, student-centered, and dedicated First Grade Teacher who is committed to fostering a positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. * Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with IEPs and English Language Learners.
* Use formative and summative assessments to inform instruction and monitor student progress.
* Collaborate with grade-level team members, specialists, and support staff to plan instruction and analyze student data.
* Maintain open communication with families and involve them as partners in their child's education.
* Implement developmentally appropriate strategies that support students’ social-emotional learning.
* Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and required meetings.
* Uphold school and district policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.

* Valid MN teaching license with appropriate elementary education endorsement.
* Bachelor’s degree in Education.
* Experience in early elementary education preferred.
* Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in early literacy and math instruction.

* Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
Salary:
