Job Summary
The Leader in Residence is a full-time, salaried leadership development role designed for aspiring principals who are ready to take on the challenge of leading a high-performing school. The PIR will spend 10 months learning alongside experienced school leaders while building the skills, mindset, and systems expertise required to assume the role of Principal at Hiawatha Academies. This immersive program provides residents with rigorous coaching, hands-on leadership experience, and strategic project ownership to ensure readiness for leading schools upon completion.
