OneSchool Global is seeking a dynamic Learning Center Teacher for our Redwood Falls Campus. This Learning Center Teacher will utilize the Self-Directed Learning model to work alongside a small class size and ensure they develop their full potential while “Learning To Learn” and upholding Christian values and beliefs. Duties include student monitoring, homeroom responsibilities, promoting self-directed learning, and other teaching opportunities that may include P.E. or primary Art.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree(required)

Minnesota Teaching Certification (preferred)

1-3 years of experience in education (preferred)

Willingness to take a criminal background check and drug screening

Willingness to be part of a collaborative educational team;

Effective communication skills, both oral and written;

Professional learning community (PLC) knowledge and background preferred;

Evidence of sensitivity and respect for others and a willingness to work within cultural boundaries

Travel and valid passport required

Annual Salary: Starting $45,000

Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, education, and training.
