Position: General Education Support Professional (ESP)
Hours or FTE: 7 hours/day; 35 hours/week
Starting Date: November 3, 2025
Job Description: General Education Support Professional (ESP) at Bonner Elementary. Duties include both supervisory (dismissal, arrival, lunch, and recess supervision) and academic supports throughout the school day.
Qualifications/Degree: Ability to take and pass a basic skills test, OR two years of college credits, an associate’s or higher degree.
Beginning Salary Range: Rate of pay starting at $15.50 per hour. Higher starting rate based on previous work experience.
Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week. This includes health insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts for medical and dependent care, and life insurance. Additional benefit details are outlined in the attachments
