Position Title: Special Education Paraprofessional

Classification: Classified Level 3 Lane 7

FTE/Hours: 2.25 hours per day approximately 3:15 - 5:30

Start Date: October 20, 2025

Job Summary: Working with a teacher and student to provide a safe learning environment to
meet the needs of a student with significant behavioral, emotional and communication
needs. To prepare the student with the necessary social skills to
reintegrate back to in-person, school-day learning by providing teacher-
directed student support. Student support will be individual, and will
be both academic and behavioral.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

• Proof of passing the ParaPro Test and/or two years or more of successfully completed college preparation.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary:

  • Range: $18.79/hr - 25.00/hr 

  • Placement is based on experience and education level, as per district guidelines. 

• Benefits:
